Canon: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, specifically the 2003 series.
Timeline: Just after the final episode of season 2, not long after New Years, in January of 2005
OOC Permissions:
Back tagging: I'm fine with backtagging until a natural cut-off point is found.
Thread hopping: It's fine so long as other players within the thread are also agreeable.
Shipping: Potentially. I'm not aiming to see Mikey be in any romantic relationships, but if they were to occur, it would have to be with characters under 18 as he is 16 on the cusp of turning 17, and would only be welcome should a relationship develop organically over time. Most likely, however, I don't specifically plan to ship with him.
Fourth Wall Breaking: I'd prefer that Mikey not be recognized as a fictional character by other characters. The concept simply isn't one that I find appealing to play out.
Offensive topics: Anything that relates to physical or verbal abuse or gaslighting can be triggering and warnings prior to anything which may relate to these topics would be greatly appreciated. Warnings pertaining to graphic descriptions of any sort of dental damage or injury to fingernails beforehand would also be welcome.

Hugging: Mikey loves a good hug as long as it's not the giant bad guy doing a shell breaky type. He adores that type of physical affection, more so from people he knows and cares about. He's perhaps a bit touch-starved, so a good hug from a friendly person will have him grinning up a storm.
Kissing: A nice kiss on the cheek, especially from somebody really pretty, especiallyx2 if it's from a really pretty girl, would have him over the moon. As for actually lips to turtle beak smooches? Not unless he knew the person very well, for an extended period of time, and he had the crushiest of crushes on them.
Flirting: Sure. Flirting, to Mikey, is pretty harmless and complimentary, though he wouldn't feel comfortable being hit on by somebody who isn't a teenager like himself.
Fighting: Oh, definitely. Mikey relishes a good playful spar and he is always willing to rush into danger to help somebody in trouble or to fight a big bad. (I will warn that I am not the best at writing fight scenes, so my cool ninja move choreography probably won't be super impressive.)
Injuring: Mikey's been busted up pretty bad plenty of times, so injuries are just fine. I don't really like the idea of his shell being broken, though.
Killing: It's okay if Mikey ends up dying in-game, but he would only kill somebody in an absolute worst case, has no other choice, scenario. And it would mess him up for a long time.
Telepathy and magic use: Mikey's gone about against magically-adept enemies before. I'd only draw the line at using magic to force him to kill someone. If he ended up in that situation, I'd prefer to play out Mikey having to bear the weight of making such a choice rather than it being forced on him by magic. If we're talking harmless magic from a friend or friendly acquaintance, that's just fine. Ask first and everything is golden.
